i know it's been a while... and i guess it's gonna be this way for the updating of my blog in future. PSLE marking was an experience. apart from being kept in separate rooms from my fellow colleagues, i had to mark comprehension open-ended! it was my FIRST time at such a national marking event! i always lament on the type of luck i have :(

well anyway, that aside, again i was arrowed to attend workshops last week. 2 in a row. and to think that i don't even belong to that committee. the HOD didn't even realise until i told her during the workshop! i felt like i didn't belong anywhere. why am i attending workshops with the math committee when i'm supposed to be in eng committee?!

and something i always feel indignant about. my sch just can't get my name right. there're two ppl with names - Jacelyn and Jaslyn in the sch. of course, the second one is mine. apparently when i first joined the sch, i realised that they spelt Jacelyn as Jaslyn and read "Jace-lyn" as "Jas-lyn". So fine, there are two JASLYNs in sch. i became J Fang and my colleague as "Jaslyn L". now that the HODs realised i'm married, i became Mrs Jaslyn FANG! good gracious!! she is the English HOD, for goodness sake! now tell me, isn't that an irony? and my JASLYN is legitimate - it appears on my IC! my colleague's "Jacelyn" was adopted by herself!
