Christmas dinner @ Absolute Haven

Ambience - Wonderful

APPERTISER
Melon & Peppers Gazpacho

Duet of Scallop & Fresh Sicilian tomatoes based with Bernaise sauce
***************

MAIN
Roast Angus Striploin Crusted with Macadamias, fresh herbs & spices
accompanied with seasonal grill vegetables and a flour of Barolo glaze

Crispy codfish on a bed of grill porcini and leek spumante

DESSERT
Authentic Tiramisu

the appertiser - a mixture of what i deduced to be vegetable juice wif some melon seeds

kind of dark huh?

the christmas set dinner came wif a glass of sparkling red wine!

arghh. can't see much from the dark pic yea?
this was my fav of the set dinner!

the starter - lobster + scallop + a small side salad yums~

here's the steak - the meat was a little stiff though i asked for medium rare. overall still ok. (grumble: portion was too small~)

then the fish - it's sitting on this yam thing. nicee!

and finally the dessert - tiramisu!

our 3rd (and still counting...) christmas together!
