went Hilton Gallery with my sis yest afternoon (*edited) for a i-can't-mention purpose.
let's just admit......high-end boutiques' customer service sucks when you step in as a Singaporean esp in your casual tee and jeans. Mulberry proved this. the lady who served me kept her mouth closed despite me busy pretending to show interest in one of their displayed wallets. no act of concern as to what i would like to buy. and when i queried on whether there were any red wallets available, all she replied was,
"the colours are all on display, if you want a red one... that's the nearest we have..." she pointed to the hot PINK wallet at the corner.
i was like "the!" that's PINK not RED? no advice dished out as predicted.
next we went on to Four Seasons Hotel, Club 21.
walked through this corridoor which was pretty "art-ty".
had to take pics!

(Note*) my sis made me pose that way! i've no intentions to kiss the vase in my sound frame of mind. haha.
stopped by the ladies' apparel shop. had a very lonely feeling - cos the shop was empty. how on earth are they surviving?
chose a few clothes to try. :) took a liking to this yellow-white blazer which costs 2K+! thankfully it was the last and only piece left. haha. otherwise i would really wanna consider that. whoops!
this time round, the lady who served us was warm, friendly and helpful. when we told her we were looking for white blazers, she motioned us to browse around while she went off to look for them. in a few minutes, she was back wif 4 blazers for my selection. also, when i couldn't fit into this skirt during my fitting, she actually took the trouble to find another similar-cut skirt of a bigger size for me. always smiley even when i didn't buy anything from them. before we left, she suggested that i leave my number for upcoming promos and discounts of club 21. and i sure did. for such a service she deserved. :)
