during the whole 40 min cut, the lady attending to me was very friendly and smiley. she even advised me on the ways to style my fringe. so much for her attentiveness! :) in addition to the cut, she also blew dry my hair and made some soft curls at the hair ends. i was so impressed by her service that i couldn't stop talking bout it when i got home.
