and this time the texture of the cheese was just nice. not too soft nor too hard. :) but prob i could improve on the visual effect yea? and also the crust at the bottom. should try using digestive biscuits instead.

but in any case, it's a success! yummy!!

then yest we had steamboat buffet at suntec convention centre. you know the one beside starbucks? the place where most of us sniff our noses at and cast glances at the food whenever we walked past? oh yea.

the buffet spread isn't what you would call, sumptuous. there's the usual seafood, meat - beef, pork and chicken, yong tau foo, veg, cooked food like the western potato wedges, beef rendang etc. surprisingly they've also got popiah, rojak. bbq pork and teppanyaki counters! and not forgetting the wide variety of desserts they have there - self help ice kachang, ice-cream, burbur hitam, mini cakes, kueh and cut fruits. our soup base - herbal chicken looked nourishing wif the herbs floating around eh. as for the taste......quite nice. slurps. :)
