with the many late nights, i finally managed to finish it just on time for the special day. nice? and......here's his present for me!
i was dumbfounded by the pink DS Lite. it's......pretty, cool and......darn expensive! ticked him off for being so extravagant. whoops.
at jewel box! it started raining when we reached mount faber, so can't go to the peak. :( sad. the jewel box building had some restaurants and a big souvenir shop that occupies the entire 2nd floor. very tourist-y. after that, we took the cable car back to sentosa again. strangely, the rain stopped when we reached our resort. so we went for a swim at the resort's pool. nobody else was there, we had the whole pool to ourselves! and we played on the mini water slides, full of excitment and screams just like little kids. hee.
the next day we bought the choice package - the merlion, calsberg skytower, butterfly and insect kingdom and 4D Magix.
so off we go to the merlion first!

after that we went to the butterfly and insect kingdom. there was nothing much inside except the exhibits of the butterflies and insects plus an outdoor walk at this enclosed area which has butterflies flying all around.
4D Magix is up next!
it was Pirates of the Carribean. quite fun~ the jerking of the chair, plus the water sprays and cold gusts of wind etc good!
went back to the resort to check out first.
