took a good 2 days leave last thurs and fri to prepare for my theory exam yesterday. but the exam didn't turn out too well. sigh. it was difficult and the questions were tricky. not trying to find excuses for myself, but well......i guess i'll just have to wait for the results before i can decide what to do ya.
staying at home was totally satisfying. i finally had time to get a haircut from one of the hair salons downstairs. sat there for a full 30 to 45 mins while she snipped and trimmed. very neat work with the scissors. now my hair has finally "some" shape, layered and a change of parting more towards the side. (ahem some friends commented that my previous parting was neither centre nor side...heh...) date me out and i'll show you my hair! :)
anyway, just read ping's blog and was quite disturbed by her entry. (p/s: i left a msg and to state again: i'm not referring to anyone in particular in my comment...so pls don't take offence... cos i'm very scared that some of us will misunderstand or be overly sensitive, causing more rift...) it ain't easy to keep friendships going if nobody makes the effort to. it ain't even easier to meet ppl from different walks of life yet able to clique and enjoy doing things together.
why can't ppl just learn to treasure what they have?
