very infuriating!!!
i had a very bad customer service experience at Bugis OG this afternoon.
this darn black-faced goddess must have thought that the whole world owed her something...
after trying out some clothes which didn't fit me, i gave them back to her...and i was trying to fold back the clothes properly and nicely for her with my hands full ok! when she gave me a very impatient look...then tried to snatch them from my hands...
then fine, and after that when i changed my mind about the earlier top that i tried, i went back to her to get it...and she gave me a horrible irritated face...when i was reaching for it on the top of the pile of clothes...she had to spat out "what is it that you want?" in her stupid 不爽 tone...then practically threw the top at me...
at the same time, my sis also wanted to buy a top and the one she tried happened to be the last piece...and she has already returned to her...so she went there and again, the black-faced goddess displayed her very "high standard" customer service, this time it was even better enough to piss my mom off...my sis tried finding among those that were hanged at the side but she couldn't find then guess wat the black-faced goddess said? "被人拿走了..." yah right, my foot...so fast someone took it away?! don't want to find, not happy then say so. as if we don't have the money to pay for the clothes.
i was so angry wif her...that i deliberately stared at her name tag for a few seconds...and i'm sure she caught my glare...cos i caught hers...
wat lousy service!!
made me so pissed for the rest of the shopping trip...what kind of attitude man...
talk about service with a smile...
