Yipee! i'm back from Genting! :)
despite the blue-black bruises on my leg and hand (thanks to the roller coaster ride...) and the butt aches from the long coach rides, i must say that i enjoyed the entire trip a lot.
the day at the theme park were the best times...took corkscrew wif mom, sis and cousin...and i was being complained for screaming unduly and madly way before the thrilling plunge...and the overturned part...heh...my sis said both my cousin and i blasted her eardrums cos we were just right behind her and mom... =P well, i thought it was a gd way to let go of all our inhibitions! =P
we also tried the fun kart wif our parents...gosh, the helmet was darn stinky...don't know how many million ppl wore it before me...argh..the smell was quite disgusting...and to make things worse, my car was so slow that i DIDN'T even have to step on the brake at any point of the time on the course...it was acceleration ALL the way lah!! the car had NO power!!! argh!!!
then after the fun kart, we went on to take the crawling monorail...though its design of the beetle was cute and pretty to sight, it was only a consolation...we had to queue for a loooooong time to get into one of those that brought us around the entire theme park...it was snail-ing for a whole (i believe should have...) 20 mins long ride!!
and of course, we sat the "traditional" flying swing ride...left me feeling a bit giddy after tat...can imagine being swung for nearly 5 minutes...round and round...but i love the breezes when it has gotten to the top though... :)
the next day, we went to KL's chinatown to shop...yeah, every female's fav hobby! i thought it was just like HK's ladies' street...they have those stalls lined in rows or columns, if you insist...and where you can bargain real low prices and walk away cockily if the stall owners don't budge...cos you know you can still get it at other stalls that will also have that same item..but well, my "harvest" for tat day? a RM20 bag! it was a steal! haha, similar to some sports bag lah...the plastic material kind...
last day at Genting, we went to play the roller coaster at the indoor theme park...and oh wow, some of the turns were quite violent...perhaps it was then that i got those bruises...now i've to rub them hard..otherwise the pain will come back again when i'm older, that is, according to my dad lah...
yeah that's about all for the whole trip...and like what my sis mentioned in her blog, another fav time during the trip was that i got to play cards wif my parents...dad taught us to play poker while we taught them tai dee (spelt like that?)...we played for like nearly an hr!! and i laughed so hard cos my dad looked really amusing while playing his cards...yeah, those were the times man... :)
all in all, i had fun! and lots of it during this short get-away!! :)
